Do you run a hard credit pull?

Not to review your deal. A soft pull or no pull at all is standard for initial review. Hard inquiries only happen after you accept terms and move forward with a specific lender.

How fast can I close?

Timeline depends on the deal and the lender, but most closings happen within a few weeks once docs are clean. Transactional funding can move in 24–48 hours.

What deal sizes do you work with?

Our network covers $100K to $50M+. Single-family flips to large commercial projects — we'll match you with the right capital source.

Can you structure multiple financing layers for one project?

That's our specialty. Capital stack advisory is core to what we do — senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, JV, or any combination your deal needs.

Do I need a deal under contract?
