No. PLG Capital is a private lending advisory and brokerage platform. We connect your deal with the right lender from our network of 40+ capital partners. This means more options, better terms, and faster closings.

Is there a hard credit pull to get started?

No. We do not run a hard credit inquiry to review your deal. A soft pull or no pull at all is standard for initial review. Hard pulls only happen once you accept terms and move forward with a specific lender.

How fast can I close?

Most deals are funded within 7–10 business days when all documentation is clean and complete. Some programs, like transactional funding, can close in 24–48 hours.

What loan amounts do you work with?

Our network covers deals from $75K to $50M+. Whether it's a single-family flip or a large commercial project, we can match you with the right capital source.

What if I need multiple types of financing for the same project?
